Sleepover

Shae and I went to a sleepover at a friend's house - (translates to Skybox, but whatever).  We had a long night of pigging out and watching old black and white horror movies from our free TV that we got at RC Cluster.  Mostly we talked about everything second life; shopping, dancing, clothes, hunts, sales, shopping, shopping...

And as the sun came up, we were all exhausted, a little sick and ready for sleep on the cool beds we picked up during the Winter Choice Stamp Rally. Arrrgh...

New Year

Well, Hello, Hello, Hello.  The holidays are over and I am back.  Christmas is over and it is a New Year already.  Seems they are coming up faster and faster.  I mean what really happened to the last 10 years.  A whole decade is gone.

So, Shae and I have been busy on some of the hundred-some-odd hunts that are across the grid.  We have been finding some primo stuff.  Really good stuff.  Amazingly free stuff.

But in the middle of all this, we popped by Kue!, one of our favorite places and found she had a whole new collection of tiger pets.  She has a gatcha full of different ones you can get randomly, a lucky board with a very cute white one to carry and some for sale.  There is also a squirrel gatcha machine I didn't notice the last time I was there.  But then it may have just been me missing it like I always miss things.

Shae and I both got this cool floaty one that we can fly around on.   I <3>Tiger taxi:  http://slurl.com/secondlife/Koh%20Lan/235/198/24

No Tree is Too Big

While we were visiting the IDIA Laboratories Sim, Shae got crazy with an axe and chopped us down a Christmas Tree to take home with us. I thought she had lost her mind and started to fuss at her, but she told me that she had never seen trees like these and she just had to take one with her. And she didn't even break a sweat or freeze to death. Girl, where is your coat, oh ye of super human strength?

Suddenly, I got one too.  A gift.  And they were free.  A sweet present to remember a place so beautiful. (Just click the tree and you can have one too.)

A Snowy Place

OMG, Shae and I visited the coolest place tonight.  The snow is incredible.  I am in awe of some people's talent.  It just never fails to amaze me and also humble me because I know I would never be able to think like that.  It is on a whole different level.

Second Life is getting better and better because people are getting really good at what they are doing and are learning how to use the tools they have to make things so incredible like this sim. If you visit anything this winter go here.  You will not be dissappointed!  AM Radio, I stand in awe.

I just have one question.  Where did all the violin players go?

Shopping

Shae and I have been busy finding all the Christmas fun stuff and I will try to blog about them later, but for now, we went to Stellar and I found this really fun outfit to romp around in the snow.  I think it is my new most favorite outfit. Yay.

Shoe Fair

Shae and I decided to check out the Shoe Fair.  Some of the items you buy are for such a good cause.  All the great shoe designers are there and we have already bought several new shoes.  We have been finding some great places we never heard of before.

Just a little word of caution.  There is lag.  Big lag.  Lost in never never land lag.  Black hole kind of lag. But other than that it is cool. Real cool.  In fact, wear a coat kind of cool. :D

Nicodeamus

This is a picture of me riding my horse Nicodeamus.  In a dress. Imagine that.

He is a Friesian and I love him. :D
